Q. Why am I unable to process my payment?
Please check if below addresses are correct
1. Email address same as Paypal registered email
2. Shipping address / postal code are correctly filled.

Q. How do you ship my order?
We will ship your item by using J&T Express Malaysia, DHL eCommerce Malaysia, ABX Express Malaysia, Logisitika Malaysia, ETC.

Q. How long does it take to ship the item after I ordered?
All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days once you placed order.

Q. Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send you a tracking number. 

Q. Can I pickup myself?
Yes, self-pickup is available at Puchong, select the pickup option at shipping section. However, Cash-on-delivery is available too at Puchong, you may choose to paid before pick up ( payment must be done on the webpages) or pay cash on the spot when you self pick up at Puchong.  

Q. How long does it takes to get my order?
1 to 3 business days (Malaysia Domestic)
5 to 14 business days (Out of Malaysia region)

Q. How much the cost if I order multiple items?
It depends on weight and size of items, please add items to shopping cart and you can see the shipping cost.

Q. Is the products brand new and authentic?
Yes, all products listed on 90sglobe.com are BRAND NEW and 100% AUTHENTIC

Q. I found some defect of my order. Can I exchange?
Yes, you can exchange your defective order for free. Please contact us about the details.

Q. Do you have a size chart?
Yes, please check each item description. Contact us for more details.

Q. Can we change size?

Q. I really want to buy an item which is an “Out Of Stock Item”. Can I buy it in the future?
Please click “Out Of Stock Request Form” and fill out the page. We will email you when we have that item in stock.

Q. Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

Q. Will I have to pay Taxes & Duties?
If you order from area outside of Malaysia, upon parcel arrival; the contents of your order may likely be subject to custom fees (tax, duties, processing fees, broker fees, etc.). These customs fees are liable to the person of receiving these goods. 90sglobe will not take any responsibility of custom fees. Refund is not available for customs reasons..
