Palm Angels is an Italian fashion brand, though its founder, Francesco Ragazzi, formerly Moncler's artistic director, didn’t originally plan to create a clothing line. The brand began as a coffee table book showcasing black-and-white photos of the Los Angeles skate scene, which generated a lot of buzz. The laid-back atmosphere of L.A. captured in the book inspired Ragazzi to start his own fashion line, blending his Italian tailoring expertise with the carefree spirit of his skate photography. The result is a nostalgic nod to late ‘90s West Coast culture, infused with Ragazzi's unique upscale flair. Palm Angels, part of Marcelo Burlon’s New Guards Group alongside brands like Off-White and Heron Preston, has thrived with access to influential figures in the fashion world. Endorsements from the likes of A$AP Rocky, Playboi Carti, and Joe Jonas have further boosted the brand's growth.
