THRASHER

Thrasher was established in 1981 by Fausto Vitello and Eric Swenson to promote their skateboard truck company, Independent Truck Company. Kevin Thatcher served as the magazine's first editor, and Richard Knoll, known as Mofo, joined as the second staff member in mid-1981.
